Whole Grain Flour

Only fresh ground flour contains all the trace elements, vitamins, minerals, polyunsaturated fat acids, and proteins that are essential for good health.

All the benefits and flavors offered by freshly milled flour are reasons enough that more and more health-conscious bakers, who are using freshly ground flour to make a good quality health product, invest in the Ferkar mill.

As it does not need any other equipment to make flour and because of its efficiency and simplicity of use it is suitable for all workshops, small or large.

It makes whole wheat flour from grain in one pass. No nutrients are lost in this milling process.

After being ground, flour is immediately used to make final pastry products.

The valuable nutrients of the whole grain and the wealth of vitamins in the germ are all only present in freshly ground flour. Even just a few hours after milling, many of these valuable substances are lost.

Semolina

The versatile Ferkar mill can be adjusted to cut grain into semolina-like particles.

This is possible with hard wheat, soft wheat, durum wheat, rye, barley, rice, oat...

In most cases of whole wheat semolina production the product from the Ferkar mill is the final product and no additional sieving or granulation separation is needed.

Pasta Recycling

The versatile Ferkar mill is also being use for pasta recycling in pasta industry with semolina granulated output containing no dust particles.

Herbal tea

It can grind input into a range of uniformly granulated output almost without any dust particles.

With the Ferkar mill no aromas and essential oils are lost in the grinding process because of its closed grinding system.
